We 𝗗𝗢 𝗡𝗢𝗧 𝗔𝗖𝗖𝗘𝗣𝗧 returns or exchanges under any circumstances. If you choose wrong the attributes of your order (size, color, address...) please do not hesitate to message us to negotiate and change it.

- What to do with the following:
Please take a video and pictures of the unpacking process. If the order is defective due to the manufacturer (wrong quantity, wrong size, wrong color, or lost order...), please send a video, or panoramic image of the product with a clear tag on the shirt...via message . We will immediately deal (refund or send a replacement).

Please message us to negotiate or deal before you leave a review about our store when you have not received the product or in case you are unsatisfied with our products.

We use different shirt labels (Bella Canvas, Comfort Colors, Gildan, Rabbit Skins,...) depending on the shirt style for children and adults. Real items are 98 percent similar to the sample image you see, a small percentage of deviations are just due to different colors on the phone or computer screen.

- Bella Canvas, Gildan or Comfort Colors product for: Unisex Short-sleeved Adult T-shirt

- Gildan products for: Adult Long sleeves and V-necks, Adult and Children's sweaters, hoodies

- Rabbit Skin products for: Infant, Toddler shirt

Please choose available colors for the shirt. TeeOL stands for Tee Only (available for Tshirts only). Comfort OL stands for Comfort Colors Tshirt Only (Available for short-sleeved Comfort Colors Tshirt only).

For example, if you order "Comfort Colors Tee S", you can choose the color Pepper. On the other hand, if you order "Unisex Tshirt S", you cannot choose the Pepper color because we will prepare the Bella Canvas shirt and the Pepper color is not available for this shirt.

In case you choose the wrong shirt style and color, we will automatically replace it with the equivalent color available for the shirt. Therefore, if you have any questions or are confused about ordering, please message me for assistance.

HOW TO ORDER:

1. In each listing you can find charts of shirt colors and sizes so you can compare them with your body measurements as well as choose the color you want.

2. Please select your shirt's size and color from the scroll down menu.

3. Select quantity and press "Add to cart" button.

4. If you want to buy multiple shirts in different sizes and colors, you can add each shirt separately with personalization (if any) to the cart and buy in bulk.

5. After you have added to your cart all the shirts you need, pay and choose a shipping method (standard or express).
